Looking for the prettiest walking route in London for a sunshine day? Join me on a spring stroll through some of the capital’s most photogenic spots — from elegant Belgravia, pastel-perfect Chelsea, and over the iconic Albert Bridge to finish in leafy Battersea Park.
This walk takes around 3.5 to 4 hours at a leisurely pace, including plenty of photo stops, brunch, and a coffee break. Perfect for a content day or catch-up with a friend.
📍 You can watch the full YouTube video below!
☕ Start: Brunch on Elizabeth Street, Belgravia
We kicked off the day at TomTom Coffee Shop on Elizabeth Street, just a few minutes from Victoria Station. If you’ve been around here before, you’ll know this street is sprinkled with boutique shops, dreamy florists, and pretty cafes (hi Peggy Porschen!).
We sat outside in the sunshine and tucked into a delicious brunch. I had the smoked salmon and eggs with avocado, and Fatinah had the Turkish eggs with chili oil and dill. No bookings needed, but arrive early — outdoor tables are in demand.

🏡 Wander to Bywater Street, Chelsea
After brunch, we took a 10-minute walk from Belgravia to Chelsea, heading towards one of London’s most colourful streets: Bywater Street. Think Notting Hill vibes, but quieter — rows of pastel-coloured homes line the street, perfect for springtime photos.

🍽 Stop at No. Fifty Cheyne, Cheyne Walk
Our next stop was No. Fifty Cheyne for a breather on the benches out front. We’d previously been here for Sunday roast (which was phenomenal), so it was lovely to come back in the sunshine. If you’re looking for an elegant spot with views over the Thames, this is the one.

🌉 Cross Albert Bridge
Just a short stroll from Cheyne Walk is one of London’s most romantic bridges: Albert Bridge. Painted pink, blue and white, it’s affectionately known as “The Trembling Lady” because of how it wobbles ever so slightly when crossed. It’s also one of the most photographed bridges in London — and for good reason.
The lighting can be tricky (bright sunshine = high contrast), so we recommend visiting in the golden hour or overcast days for soft, dreamy pics. But even in the wind, we made it work!

🌳 Finish at Battersea Park
Our walk ended in Battersea Park, one of London’s largest and loveliest green spaces. It’s a great spot to unwind with a coffee, enjoy the riverside views, or just sit and people-watch under the trees.
