Bond Street at Christmas is one of the most dazzling places in London – a glittering runway of designer boutiques, glowing decorations, and the kind of festive magic that feels straight out of a luxury holiday film. If you’re planning a chic Christmas day out in Mayfair or just want to see the most Instagrammable decorations in the city, this guide will take you through every unmissable stop.
Come along as we wander past Cartier’s iconic displays, visit Ralph Lauren’s nostalgic festive world, admire Tiffany’s celestial sparkle, and peek into the elegant arcades that make Mayfair feel like its own Christmas village.
🎁 Cartier: The Iconic Present-Topped Facade
We start with the display that launched a thousand Instagram posts. Cartier’s Bond Street store is instantly recognisable — this year wrapped up in towering red gifts complete with sleek panthers perched on top.
Top tip:
The best photos are taken from across the road, exactly where I filmed. Morning and late evening are the quietest times if you want the perfect shot.
Don’t miss the Ralph Lauren Café just opposite — the dreamiest place for a pastry and coffee with one of the best Cartier views in London.

🎄 Ralph Lauren: Nostalgic Nineties Christmas Magic
One of Bond Street’s most beautiful – and hardest to shoot – spots is the Ralph Lauren Café and flagship store. Outside, you’ll find a charming festive scene complete with a classic red telephone box and a beautifully decorated tree. Inside, the magic continues.
🌟 The Giving Tree
Ralph Lauren’s Giving Tree supports The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
Donate £15 or more, and a golden star will be added to the tree — a lovely way to honour someone you love at Christmas.
⭐ A Ralph Lauren Christmas Comeback
According to ELLE, The Independent and The New York Times, the nostalgic, Nineties-style Ralph Lauren look is having a major moment – and you’ll definitely feel that warm, elegant mood inside this seven-storey flagship. Think: Art Deco architecture meets an English gentleman’s club, softened with cosy festive touches.
Don’t skip the windows.
One features an interactive polar bear that changes scenes and outfits with a tap on the glass – my friend Fatinah was delighted.
💙 Tiffany & Co.: A Celestial Winter Dream
No Christmas walk is complete without a stop at Tiffany’s. This year, the façade shifts from signature Tiffany blue into a deep midnight sky, crowned with an owl sparkling in gemstones.
Outside, jewel-like Christmas trees shimmer in the light and if you’re heading inside to pick up a gift… lucky you.
💕 The Pretty Pink Trio: David Morris, Mikimoto & Boodles
Between Tiffany & Cartier sits the most beautifully coordinated trio of jewellery boutiques:
💗 David Morris
A giant persian-pink bow wrapped around the building — bold, glamorous and perfect for photos.
🤍 Mikimoto
Frosty white and silver decorations that make the entire corner glow. At night, this shop turns the whole street into a winter snow globe.

💓 Boodles
A reliable classic — baby pink each year — but this season they’ve added an oversized wreath and dangling ribbon that feels extra festive.
✨ Royal Arcade: Traditional Christmas Charm
If you love classic Christmas aesthetics, you must wander through Royal Arcade. Strings of rainbow-coloured lights brighten the arches and golden decorations warm the whole walkway. It feels like stepping back into a Victorian Christmas card.
It’s also a great spot to escape the crowds.

🎀 Fortnum & Mason: A Festive Mayfair Favourite
Just a short walk away is Fortnum & Mason, with its iconic advent calendar façade, sweeping staircase, and elegant Christmas shop. If you want a deeper look, I’ve got a full video linked in the post above — but it pairs perfectly with your Bond Street route.
🎄 Burlington Arcade: The 12 Days of Christmas
This year’s theme is the 12 Days of Christmas, complete with beautiful illustrations and oversized chandeliers. It’s bougie, it’s whimsical, and it’s one of the most magical indoor spots in Mayfair.
💫 Dior: Ethereal, Dreamlike, Iconic
Dior holds a special place in my heart every year — and this Christmas, they’ve gone for a magical, mythical garden. Think white ethereal creatures, intricate designs, and a façade that glows even more beautifully at night.
Inside? Everything is gorgeous. Just go.
Across the street, Louis Vuitton has simple but charming twinkling lights (rumour has it they may add more later — I’ll keep an eye out!).
💎 More Sparkle Along Bond Street
As you head toward Oxford Street, you’ll find:
-
De Beers — wintery trees with inky blue ribbons
-
Bulgari — celestial stars that look breathtaking after dark
-
Graff — classic green and gold
-
Jimmy Choo — glamorous night-out energy
-
Burberry — a playful twist with armour-clad knights in check print
Bond Street’s main Christmas lights are now switched on — shimmering crowns that stretch across the sky.
